What types of clients do you work with? +

I work with professionals, leaders, teams, and organizations who want to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate workplace challenges. My clients range from emerging professionals to senior executives, as well as organizations seeking healthier team dynamics and more effective cultures. I also work with clients internationally.

What is the difference between coaching, consulting, and training? +

Coaching helps you increase self-awareness and create change through conversation and accountability. Consulting provides expert recommendations based on my experience. Training and workshops build skills through structured learning. Many clients benefit from a combination of all three, and we will figure out the right fit together.

Do I need a specific problem before starting coaching? +

Not at all. Some clients come with a very clear challenge while others simply know something feels stuck. Coaching can help create clarity, identify priorities, and build strategies for moving forward, even when you are not sure what the problem is yet.

How long does coaching typically last? +

It depends on your goals. Individual coaching programs are available in 3, 6, and 9-month engagements. Some clients work with me around a specific challenge while others engage longer-term for deeper development. Organizational engagements range from project-based consulting to 12-month programs.

How are sessions conducted? +

Sessions are typically conducted virtually via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, which allows flexibility for clients regardless of location, including international clients. In-person services are available for organizations, workshops, and speaking engagements.

Is coaching confidential? +

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the coaching relationship. Specific expectations and any limitations are outlined in the coaching agreement and discussed at the start of our work together.

How do I know if we are a good fit? +

Chemistry matters. I offer an initial consultation to discuss your goals so we can determine whether my approach aligns with what you are looking for, before any commitment is made. I would rather be honest upfront than have either of us waste time.

Is coaching covered by insurance? +

Coaching services are generally not covered by insurance. Payment options and packages are discussed before services begin. Organizations often use professional development or training budgets for coaching and consulting engagements.
