About Alana

Hi, I am Alana.  Thank you for visiting my page.  I’m an ICF-Professional Certified coach (PCC) with over 25 years of leadership and business experience. My background includes years as a business development consultant and a Professional Certified Coach, helping leaders and organizations sharpen their communication, strengthen emotional intelligence, and unlock the potential of their teams.

My journey is one of determination and reinvention. At 40, I suffered a massive stroke that left me completely paralyzed on my left side.  Overnight, I went from being independent and thriving to having to relearn the most basic things—how to walk, how to use my hand, even how to take care of myself.

Just as I was finding my strength again, three years later in 2025, I faced another challenge: a major brain surgery. I am still fighting my way back physically. The most mundane tasks are still very challenging. 

These years have been the hardest of my life. There were moments I felt defeated, broken, and questioned whether I could ever move forward.  But through determination, resilience, and faith I was able to really define my sense of purpose - Being a Coach that helps other professionals and businesses THRIVE.

I bring this resilience, combined with proven business expertise, into every coaching engagement. I help professionals and organizations in multiple industries, however, my education includes a Master’s in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s in Architecture, which sharpened my strategic thinking and ability to design strong frameworks for success.

Today, I stand proud as an ICF-certified professional coach. I help professionals and organizations break through limitations, embrace change, communicate effectively, improve communications and resilience—which in turn increases profits.
